The Handelsbeurs is wheelchair accessible. Let us know about your visit in advance via +32 (0)9 265 91 60 or email@example.com. We will install a ramp at the entrance for you. We ask wheelchair users to arrive at the latest half an hour before the concert is due to begin.
Toilets located in the basement can be reached via a lift. There is an adapted toilet for wheelchair users.
- Concert with standing room and unreserved seating and standing places
If you wish, you will be guided to a suitable place among the audience.
- Concert with numbered and unnumbered seating
You are guided to your allocated seat at the top of the stand.
Blind and visually impaired personsGuide dogs are welcome. If you wish, staff are available to guide you to your seat.

Difficulties relating to a concert with standing room onlyAt each concert with standing room only, a maximum of ten bar stools are provided for people
who have difficulty standing (for long periods) due to medical reasons. Request your stool in
advance via +32 (0)9 265 91 60 or email@example.com. Collect the stool reserved in your
name from the evening ticket booth.

If they wish, persons with a disability can bring someone to accompany them. He or she pays 80% of the advance purchase price. We encourage use of the European Disability Card which entitles you to lots of advantages.
