Music from dusk till dawn
Our pagan ancestors enjoyed elaborate customs. Every midsummer night, they exuberantly celebrated summer solstice, the shortest night of the year. The time has dawned upon us to breathe new life into this ancient tradition. The Handelsbeurs provides a night full of intimate music, making sure the shortest night passes by slowly.
Giovanni Di Domenico's Echoism
When night falls, the concert hall comes alive. Everyone is looking for a place to lie down with mats and sleeping bags. Giovanni Di Domenico and his talented ensemble take over.
Get ready for a walk through an auditory landscape, propelled by persistent and elongated compositions. These deep, spellbinding sound waves guide you through all hours of the night.
Then the sun rises. Long tables are prepared for a grand morning feast as a new day beckons.
