Three pianists, one revolutionary piano

Chris Maene built a new instrument at Daniel Barenboim’s request. Called the Chris Maene Concert Grand, it has the power of a modern piano, but the warmth of its historical predecessors.

Well-known pianists will be putting it through its paces in three concerts.

During the three concerts, at 3pm, 5pm and 8:30pm, performers will bring a specially selected program on the newly designed wing piano. If you do not wish to attend all three performances, order a ticket for your concert of choice at Ghent Festival.
